Wizard Chess
Effective date: 2026-10-20
Wizard Chess ("the game"), package com.rectfy.wizardchess, is provided by
Rectfy.
Data collection and sharing
The game works entirely offline. It does not request internet access and contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or other third-party data SDKs. It does not require an account and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone or payment information. It has no in-app purchases.
The game does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal or device information.
Data stored on the device
The game stores your settings (such as sound, camera view, cinematic and symbol preferences), your game in progress and your win/loss record against each computer opponent locally in Android app-private storage. This information never leaves the device through the game. It can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Android may also include eligible app data in system backup according to the player's Android and Google backup settings. The developer does not operate that backup service.
Device features
The game uses device vibration for optional haptic feedback and may use the device's built-in text-to-speech engine to announce moves. Speech is generated by the text-to-speech engine installed on the device. The game does not use precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or other sensitive permissions.
Children's privacy
The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. It does not collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game's data practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
